We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

The products need to be returned to ASDAR if our Dispute Team asks for a return in Disputes.

ASDAR will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows order is delivered.

- The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. if it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, the customer need to pick up the package by themselves. otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. 


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For ordinary products, the customer shall complain within 5 days after packages are delivered.

For electronics products, the customer shall complain within 10 days after the packages are delivered.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@asdar.cn.

- For incorrect products, SHOPIXINE offers a full refund or replacement. 

- For product with wrong color, size, which doesn't affect product function, etc., ASDAR  offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your clients complaint including name, content and date. 

For size problem, SASDAR  will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.

Orders Cancelation

For orders cancellation, ASDAR  offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.

Important Interpretation:

ASDAR  takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection

Unacceptable Disputes

ASDAR shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:

a. The buyer does not like it.

b. The product description is not real.

c. Products smell unusual.

d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.

e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.

f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.

g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
